I love when I get to document families doing something they love and sharing sweet moments with their kids. Liz and her family love to go to their backyard and have campfires, roasting hotdogs, smores and even setting up a tent sometimes. Walking back into the woods with them felt nostalgic, it reminded of my own memories in the woods as a kid. As I watched the kiddos run back into the woods I could feel my child like imagination begin to awaken, running on logs because the ground is lava and fully embracing the freedom of the outdoors. I loved capturing the playfulness of this family, the silly and the real moments they shared, not to mention the smores were quite tasty too. Here's glimpse.
